Soibuild REIT is offering 586.5 million units at an offering range of $0.77 to
$0.80 per unit (subject to over-allotment of 56.3 million units).
The allocation
between placement and public tranche is not finalised yet but the indicative
number is 499 million for placement and 87.5 million for public.
