The four banks
under review with downgrade implications are Goldman Sachs GS -0.38% , J.P.
Morgan Chase JPM -0.19% , Morgan Stanley MS -0.34% and Wells Fargo WFC -0.28%
while Bank of America BAC +1.60% and Citigroup C -0.12% are being evaluated as
"direction uncertain." Moody's had indicated in March that it will reassess the
banks in line with changes in banking policies.
