December silver SIZ3 -1.67% was down 33 cents, or 1.4%, to
$23.39 an ounce while December copper HGZ3 -0.69% was off 2 cents, or 0.6%, at
$3.26 a pound. October platinum PLV3 -0.15% couldn’t find its footing either,
losing $2.80, or 0.2%, to trade at $1,480.20 an ounce.
December palladium PAZ3 +0.44% , however, eked out gains of $2.05, or 0.3%, to $685.05 an ounce.
