Epic Research Singapore : Comex Market Update

December gold GCZ3 -1.50%  dropped $23.90, or 1.8%, to settle at $1,284.60 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices, which settled at their lowest since Oct. 16, fell 2.2% for the week, according to FactSet data tracking the most-active contracts.

Silver for December delivery SIZ3 -0.73%  sank 34 cents, or 1.6%, to $21.32 an ounce. Prices lost 2.4% for the week.
