Epic Research Singapore : Comex Market Update

Gold for February delivery GCG4 +1.16%  rose $11.70, or 0.9%, to settle at $1,251.90 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices finished the week 0.4% higher. They settled at their highest level since Dec. 11, according to FactSet data tracking the most-active contracts.

March silver SIH4 +1.35%  also rose 25 cents, or 1.3%, to end at $20.30 an ounce, for a gain of 0.4% on the week.
