Oil futures settled lower Wednesday, at their lowest level in more than a
week as traders bet that a weekly report will show a rise in U.S. crude
supplies.
July crude CLN4 +0.20% fell $1.39, or 1.3%, to settle at $102.72 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Gasoline for June delivery RBM4 +0.04% closed up a cent, or 0.4%, at $3.01 a gallon, while June heating oil HOM4 +0.11% finished at $2.93 a gallon, down nearly 1 cent, or 0.3%.
