The euro EURUSD -0.02% was at $1.362 from $1.361 Friday, and at ¥138.34 from ¥137.90 against the yen.
The WSJ Dollar Index XX:BUXX +0.05% , a measure of the dollar against a basket of major currencies, was up 0.03% at 72.86 Monday morning.
The dollar USDJPY +0.06% continued to rise against the yen Monday, reaching ¥101.54 compared with ¥101.34 late Friday.
