On Comex Tuesday, July platinum PLN5, +0.06% fell $2.10, or 0.2%, to $1,148.80 an ounce, while June palladium PAM5, -0.20% advanced $12.30, or 1.6%, to $794.95 an ounce. July copper HGN5, -0.27% added 1.5 cents, or 0.5%, to $2.935 a pound.
