On Nymex, October gasoline RBV5, -0.67% fell 4.2 cents, or 3%, to $1.36 a gallon and October heating oil HOV5, -0.51% fell 5.5 cents, or 3.5%, to $1.539 a gallon.At the retail level, the EIA said gasoline prices are expected to decline through the rest of the year, and fall to a national average of $2.03 by December.
October natural gas NGV15, +0.68% ended at $2.651 per million British thermal units, losing 5.9 cents, or 2.2%.
