Technics Oil and Gas says wholly-owned subsidiary PT Technics Offshore Jaya has entered into a joint-operations agreement with Indonesian state-owned PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi.
Technics Oil and Gas is the full-service integrator of compression systems and process modules.
Established in 1969 to support the operations of PT Pertamina, Jakarta-listed Elnusa now provides geophysical data services, oil and gas, drilling services, oilfield services and support businesses.
Under the agreement, Offshore Jaya will provide cost-effective, environmental-friendly, cutting-edge technology as well as technical support to Elnusa’s oil and gas projects throughout Indonesia.
Technics Oil and Gas closed unchanged at 67 cents on Friday.
