Here are some stocks to watch this Monday morning.
Jumbo Group, the seafood restaurant chain, posted earnings of $10.6 million for FY2015, in its first set of results since its listing. In FY2014, the group posted earnings of $11.5 million. Revenue rose 9.2% to $122.8 million. Jumbo’s shares closed 1.3% lower at 37 cents on Friday.
ISOTeam, the repairs and redecoration (R&R) and addition and alteration (A&A) specialist in Singapore, says it has won 14 new private and public sector contracts totalling $20.5 million. Nearly half or $9.38 million worth of R&R and A&A projects were secured from town councils alone. ISOTeam closed flat at 58 cents on Friday.
OKP Holdings, the infrastructure and civil engineering company, has won a $94.6 million contract by the Land Transport Authority. OKP closed 10% higher at 22 cents on Friday.
Chew’s Group, the producer, distributor and seller of eggs, posted an 11% growth in earnings to $2.2 million for FY2015 ended September. Group revenue rose 9% to $33.9 million. Chew’s shares closed 2.2% lower at 22 cents on Friday.
Cache Logistics Trust is acquiring a distribution warehouse facility located at 223 Viking Drive, Wacol, Queensland, Australia. The total acquisition cost is A$10.5 million ($10.5 million) and will be financed through bank borrowings and equity proceeds from the private placement launched on Nov 3. Cache closed 1.1% higher at 92 cents.
Roxy-Pacific Holdings is acquiring a freehold residential site situated at No. 178 Jalan Eunos, for $4.1 million. The freehold residential site has an estimated total land area of 3,745 sf and an existing plot ratio of 1.4 under the 2014 Master Plan for residential apartment development. Roxy-Pacific closed flat at 49.5 cents.

US stock indexes ended little changed in light trading on Friday as the market closed three hours earlier following the Thanksgiving holiday. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 14.9 points, or 0.08%, to 17,798.49, the S&P 500 gained 1.24 points, or 0.06%, to 2,090.11 and the Nasdaq Composite added 11.38 points, or 0.22%, to 5,127.53.
The Straits Times Index ended Friday 0.89% lower at 2,859.12. Decliners outnumbered gainers 234 to 153. A total of 1.05 billion shares worth about $1.03 billion changed hands.
