Roxy-Pacific Holdings is acquiring a freehold residential site situated at No. 178 Jalan Eunos, for $4.1 million.
The said freehold residential site has an estimated total land area of 3,745 sf and an existing plot ratio of 1.4 under the 2014 Master Plan for residential apartment development.
The deal was signed through its subsidiary, RH Eunos Pte. Ltd.
The cost of the acquisition will be financed by internal funds and bank borrowings.
The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s consolidated earnings and net tangible assets per share of the company for the current financial year ending December 31, 2015.
Roxy-Pacific closed flat at 49.5 cents.
