Prices for March gasoline futures RBG6, +0.22% on Nymex, meanwhile, briefly bounced to as high as $1.077 a gallon before settling at $1.026, up just half a cent, or 0.5%.Heating-oil prices followed oil lower, with the February contract HOG6, -0.37% down 2.6 cents, or 2.7%, at 90.87 cents a gallon. February natural gas NGG16, -0.43% fell just under a penny to $2.091 per million British thermal units.
