Keppel, Mapletree Industrial, Suntec REIT, OUE C-REIT, Parkway Life REIT, Soilbuild

Here are some stocks to watch this Wednesday morning.

Two subsidiaries of Keppel Corp are disposing their entire stakes in investment holding company Fernland Investment for US$10.9 million ($15.5 million) to Prime Value. Fernland holds a 78.58% stake in a Vietnamese company which owns an office building in Hanoi. Shares of Keppel Corp ended down 10 cents or 2.1% at $4.71.

Mapletree Industrial Trust's distribution per unit rose 5.6% to 2.82 cents in the third quarter ended Dec 31, 2015, from 2.67 cents a year ago. Net property income grew 6.7% to $61.88 million from $57.98 million previously. MIT ended down 1.5 cents or 0.9% at $1.495.

Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust posted a 6.4% y-o-y increase full-year distribution per unit to 10.002 cents for FY2015. Net property income rose 19.6% to $229.2 million, resulting from the opening of Phases 2 and 3 of Suntec City mall, and higher contributions from Suntec Singapore. Suntec REIT’s units closed 0.66% lower at $1.51.

OUE Commercial REIT (OUE C-REIT) has announced a DPU of 1.36 cents in the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2015, as compared to the circular forecast of 1.13 cents. This includes a one-off distribution of capital return of $1.3 million in relation to certain expenses. Excluding this one-off distribution, DPU would be at 1.26 cents, says OUE C-REIT. OUE C-REIT ended higher yesterday at 61.5 cents, up 0.5 cent or 0.8%.
