Li Heng Chemical Fibre Technologies says it will be delisted from Singapore Exchange .
Following a cash offer from its major shareholder, its public float has fallen below the mandatory 10%.
"The offeror has now stated in the relevant announcement that it intends to take steps to delist the company from the SGX-ST following the close of the offer," it says.
Li Heng closed flat at 99.5 cents on Wednesday.
