On Friday, March silver SIH6, -0.53% ended 3.7 cents, or 0.3%, lower, at $14.057 an ounce, for a 1.2% weekly gain. March high-grade copper HGH6, +0.33% picked up less than a penny to end at $2.003 a pound and scored a 3% gain for the week, its best since the week ended Oct. 9.April platinum PLJ6, +1.51% settled up $12.10, or 1.5%, at $831.60 an ounce, with a weekly gain of 0.5%, while March palladium PAH6, -0.44% added 85 cents, or 0.2%, to $499.85 for a 2.6% weekly rise.
