On Nymex Monday, March gasoline RBH6, -1.73% suffered the biggest hit, down 8.2 cents, or 7.6%, to end at $1.0008 a gallon, the lowest settlement since December 2008.March heating oil HOH6, -0.19% fell 2.6 cents, or 2.5%, to $1.011 a gallon.
March natural gas NGH16, +0.59% declined by 12.7 cents, or 5.9%, to $2.025 per million British thermal units, the lowest close since late December.
