Here are some stocks to look out for this Friday morning.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC Bank) reported 1Q earnings of $856 million, a fall of 14% from $993 million a year ago as growth in net interest income and higher associates' contribution were offset by lower insurance income and increased allowances. Shares of OCBC closed at $8.90.

SMRT Corporation posted a 20.1% increase in earnings to $109.3 million for FY2016. The overall operating profit from the group's non-rail business increased 22.6% to $133.3 million in FY2016, due largely to improved profitability in the bus, rental and taxi segments. SMRT closed at $1.48.

Jardine Cycle and Carriage reported a 20% earnings decline to US$141 million for 1Q. Revenue for the quarter to March fell 9% to US$3.6 billion, with the fall in revenue from the heavy equipment and mining businesses and agribusiness. A restructuring of Astra’s Toyota sales operations to a two tiered distribution model also resulted in lower revenue. Jardine closed at $40.24.

Venture Corp reported a 10.1% increase in earnings to $35.8 million for 1Q. Revenue rose 3.6% to $630.7 million. Research and development expense fell 38.7% to $8.2 million as there were lower customer requirements for prototyping related tooling and services. Venture closed at $8.39.

CITIC Envirotech, a membrane-based water treatment solutions provider, reported a 39.1% jump in 1Q net profit to $12.3 million. This came on the back of a 62.5% surge in revenue to $99.5 million, thanks to increased engineering business and membrane sales.
