SINGAPORE (April 22): Starhill Global REIT has declared a DPU of 1.26 cents for the 3Q ended March. This is the same as a year ago.
Revenue grew 12% to $53.6 million over the quarter while net property income (NPI) rose 7% to $41.6 million, driven by contribution from Myer Centre Adelaide which was acquired last May.
This was, however, partially offset by lower contributions from Wisma Atria Property, China and Japan assets, as well as net foreign currency movements.
Income to be distributed to unitholders came in at $27.5 million, 1.3% higher than a year ago.
The REIT’s Singapore portfolio, which comprised stakes in Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City, contributed 61.7% of total revenue.
Meanwhile, its Australian and Malaysian portfolio contributed 22.5% and 12.1% of total revenue, respectively.
Starhill Global REIT closed 0.6% lower at 79 cents on Friday.
