THE Straits Times Index (STI) opened lower again on Friday morning, slipping 0.64 per cent to 2,750.16, after Wall Street stocks closed more or less flat on Thursday.
At 9.04 am, 75.8 million shares worth S$106.2 million had changed hands with gainers trailing losers at 54 to 69.
Actively traded stocks straight out the gate included Singtel, UOB, DBS, OCBC Bank and ST Engineering.
