Silver Market Update : Epic Research Singapore

On Comex, silver prices shook off some of the week’s losses. July silver SIN6, -0.51% rose 8.2 cents, or 0.5%, to $16.343 an ounce. July copper HGN6, -0.33%  ended flat at $2.103 a pound. July platinum PLN6, -0.37%  rose $1, or 0.1%, to $995.80 an ounce and Sept. palladium PAU6, -0.46%  added $12.80, or 2.4%, to $543.65 an ounce.

The SPDR Gold Trust GLD, -0.34% traded 0.4% lower while the iShares Silver Trust SLV, +0.19% was up 0.1%. The VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF GDX, -0.35% shed 0.7%.
