Oil futures turned lower Friday, after touching highs above
$108 a barrel on the back of ongoing violence in Egypt, which has fed worries
about supplies. September crude CLU3 +0.33% lost 19 cents to $107.14 a barrel on
the New York Mercantile Exchange after a high at $108.17
Tuesday's high of $110.30 as traders booked profit on their
longs they had opened earlier in the week,
