Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJZ3 +0.02%  rose 22 points to 15,348, while those for the Standard & Poor’s 500 index SPZ3 -0.04%  gained 1.8 points to 1,694.50. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index NDZ3 +0.33%  edged up 10 points to 3,219.
