Epic Research Singapore : Hang Seng Index

The Hang Seng Index HK:HSI -0.50% fell 203 points, or 0.9%, to 22,964.70, and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index fell 1.5% to 10,366,50. Shares of Hang Seng index heavyweight HSBC Holdings PLC HK:5 -0.36% HBC +0.68% fell 0.7% following reports that an HSBC unit formerly known at Household International Inc. was unable to have a 2009 securities fraud trial verdict overturned, with a Chicago judge saying it's liable for roughly $1.5 billion in damages plus interest.
