Epic Research Singapore : U.S Market Update

Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJZ3 +0.21%  rose 14 points, or 0.1%, to 16,074, while those for the S&P 500 index SPZ3 +0.10%  were up 1.3 points to 1,803.30.

Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index NDZ3 +0.19%  added 4.75 points to 3,452.  
The Labor Department said jobless claims fell to 316,000 in the week ended Nov. 23, better than forecasts for a rise to 330,000. The Commerce Department said durable-goods orders dropped 2% in October, a smaller drop than the 2.2% expected by economists.
