Shares of Twitter TWTR -1.32% fell 13% after Macquarie Securities downgraded the tech company. Shares has been up as much as 22% this week, but still closed out the week 6% higher. Twitter has gained 53% on the month, with the trading price as much as 35% over the average analyst price target .
