Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJH4 -0.15%  rose 33 points to 15,843, while those for the Standard & Poor’s 500 index SPH4 -0.16%  rose 3 points to 3,476.20. Futures for the Nasdaq-100 index NDH4 -0.16%  rose 5 points to 3,465.50.
