Epic Research Singapore : U.S Market Update

Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJH4 +0.06%  rose 8 points to 16,429, while those for the S&P 500 index SPH4 +0.04%  rose 0.4 point to 1,836.90. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index NDH4 -0.04% fell 1 point to 3,569.25
Stocks ended slightly lower on Friday, with the Dow industrials DJIA -0.0089%  breaking a six-straight winning streak. However, that index rose 1.6% on the week, while the S&P 500 SPX -0.03%   closed up 1.3% and is up more than 29% as 2013 comes to a close.
