Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJH4 +0.18% rose 34 points, or 0.2%, to 16,473, giving the underlying index an early lead for a 52nd record close of the year. S&P 500 futures SPH4 +0.58% gained 3.2 points, or 0.2%, to 1,837.90, while Nasdaq 100 index futures NDH4 +0.18% added 6 points to 3,571.75.
