On Nymex, September gasoline RBU5, -0.19% ended down 3.2 cents, or 2.2%, to $1.439 a gallon, while September heating oil HOU5, +0.04% settled little changed at $1.395 a gallon.September natural gas NGU15, -0.34% tacked on 3.5 cents, or 1.3%, to $2.685 per million British thermal units.
