The following stocks may be in focus today:
Keppel Corp., the world’s biggest builder of oil rigs, said it stopped work in the fourth quarter on projects for a Brazilian client that is more than a year behind on its bills, and took a $230 million charge on the delinquent projects. 4Q earnings fell 44% y-o-y to $405 million from $726 million a year ago, as more than half of project deliveries it had planned for 2015 were pushed back to this year. Revenue slipped 36.8% to $2.48 billion.
CapitaLand Mall Trust ( Valuation: 1.00, Fundamental: 2.00)’s (CMT's) distribution per unit (DPU) for FY2015 was 11.25 cents, up 3.8% y-o-y.
Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) announced a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.87 cents for the 1Q ended Dec, an increase of 4.4% from a year ago.
Ascendas India Trust ( Valuation: 0.95, Fundamental: 2.40) (a-iTrust) reported a 17% rise in 3Q DPU to 1.36 cents from a year ago, helped by the acquisition of two properties which added 1.2 million sf of floor area to its portfolio.
Soilbuild Business Space REIT (Soilbuild REIT) has announced 4Q15 DPU of 1.614 cents and FY2015 DPU of 6.487 cents, an increase of 1.8% and 4.7% respectively.
Information technology firm DeClout ( Valuation: 1.10, Fundamental: 0.90)'s subsidiary, Beaqon Pte Ltd, has entered into a sale-and-purchase agreement to acquire a 75% stake in TJ Systems, a provider of security electronic systems, for $3 million.
