CapitaLand unit, The Ascott, has secured a lease from JTC Corp to operate a 50-unit service residence in one-north business park.
The property, which is already operating, will be rebranded Citadines Fusionopolis from April 1 and will bring the total number of units Ascott operates in Singapore to 800, CapitaLand says in a news release.
one-north business park, a research and development hub, is home to more than 400 companies.
As at 10.55am, CapitaLand is down 1.58% at $3.12.
