April gasoline RBJ6, -0.35% added less than a cent to $1.311 a gallon and April heating oil HOJ6, +0.33% also rose under a penny to $1.107 a gallon.April natural gas NGJ16, -0.24% was the outlier, ending down 6.4 cents, or 3.7%, at $1.678 per million British thermal units, the lowest for a front-month contract since February 26, 1999, according to data from Dow Jones. The EIA’s supply update is due Thursday.
