Silver Market Update : Epic Research Singapore

Other precious metals enjoyed a boost, with silver reaching its highest closing level in more than seven months. May silver SIK6, -0.41%  rose 24.6 cents, or 1.5%, to $16.222 an ounce — the highest settlement level since Oct. 28, FactSet data show.

Meanwhile, May copper HGK6, +1.19% added 5.65 cents, or 2.7%, to settle at $2.1470 a pound, July platinum PLN6, +0.30% rose $8.90 cents, or 0.9%, to end at $999.70 an ounce, while June palladium PAM6, +0.76% gained $1.35, or 0.2%, to end at $544.15 an ounce.
