Elsewhere on Comex, high-grade copper for July delivery HGN6, -0.09% lost 3.3 cents, or 1.5%, to $2.1540 a pound, July platinum PLN6, +0.15% picked up $8.20, or 0.8%, to $1,063.80 an ounce, while June palladium PAM6, +0.22% was $4.25, or 0.7%, higher at $600.70 an ounce.
