AusNet Services has posted 1H16 earnings of A$374.5 million ($377.7 million) compared to losses of A$4.9 million in 1H15.
Revenue for the six months to September increased 10% y-o-y to A$1.1 billion.
AusNet Services says it remains “committed to growing, modernising and transforming its existing networks”.
For FY2016, the company expects to increase dividends by 2% to 8.53 Australian cents per share.
Shares in AusNet closed 1.4% lower at $1.43 on Monday.
