A-Sonic Aerospace has acquired a 51% stake in UK-based logistics company.
The acquisition is made through the subscription of 69,470 new shares of £1 ($2.13) each, and the JV is called A-Sonic Logistics (UK).
The acquisition, made through one of its subsidiaries, will “serve as an important gateway for our e-fulfilment logistics business to Europe and UK” for A-Sonic.
Following the acquisition, it will also allow the company to replicate its existing Trans-Pacific e-fulfilment business in Europe and UK.
A-Sonic closed at 27 cents on Friday.
