An IPS Securex Holdings’ unit has received a $64.46 million Letter of Award (LOA) for the sale of Hyperspike acoustic hailing devices and their supporting accessories for delivery to a certain customer in Southeast Asia.
The sale is envisaged over a period of five years by December 2020, subject to the issue of the relevant purchase orders.
This LOA is the largest deal the company has received to date and is expected to contribute to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
The company’s Hyperspike products are one of its bestselling products in the region.
Shares in IPS Securex closed 3.28% higher at 31.5 cents on Friday.
