Oceanus Group is on the Singapore Exchange's watch-list from this Monday.
In light of this inclusion, the company will immediately cease and discontinue all arrangements to undertake a transfer of the listing of the company from the Mainboard of the SGX to the Catalist Board, as previously contemplated by the company on Sept 3.
Oceanus has 24 months from today to fulfill the requirements for its removal from the watch-list.
Failing this, SGX may either delist the company or suspend trading of the company’s shares with a view to delisting the company.
Shares in Oceanus Group last traded at 0.4 cents.
