Developer Fragrance Group reported an 89% drop in 4Q earnings of $8.7 million from $79.7 million a year ago.
Revenue fell 68% to $41.1 million from a year ago. This included income from sales of the Kensington Square, Urban Vista, and Icon@Pasir Panjang developments.
For the full year, earnings fell 56% to $68.2 million.
Revenue fell 45% to $285.7 million due to fewer ongoing development projects compared to a year ago.
It did not declare a final dividend.
Fragrance closed at 18.3 cents on Thursday.
