Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, HTL, Swiber

Here are some stocks that could move the market this Monday morning.

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust raised $903 million in gross proceeds from its initial public offer. The public tranche was 3.9 times subscribed while the placement tranche excluding reserved units was six times subscribed.  Trading of FLT units will start on Tuesday, June 21 at 9am.

HTL International Holdings called for a trading halt this morning. The group last month closed two sofa manufacturing plants in Yangzhou and Shanghai as part of its ongoing efforts to restructure its business. HTL last closed at 80 cents.

Swiber Holdings says Group CEO Francis Wong Chin Sing has been re-designated as the Vice Chairman of the company with effect from Monday. Deputy Group CEO Yeo Chee Neng has been re-designated as CEO and Group President of the company with effect from the same day. Swiber last traded at 18 cents.

Markets
US stocks fell on Friday, capping a rocky week when traders focused on the consequences of the coming UK vote on whether to stay in the European Union. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 57.94 points, or 0.3%, to 17675.16, putting it 1.1% lower for the week. The S&P 500 slipped 6.77 points, or 0.3%, to 2071.22, leaving it down 1.2% for the week. The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 44.58 points, or 0.9%, to 4800.34.

Singapore stocks got a brief respite on Friday after a downbeat week. The bluechip Straits Times Index finished 0.4% higher, moving up 11.86 points to 2,763.42.
