Epic Research Singapore : Forex Market Update

The euro EURUSD -0.0585%  climbed to $1.3683 from late Friday’s level around $1.3667, and the British pound GBPUSD +0.0758%   traded at $1.6503, up from $1.6481.  
 The Australian dollar AUDUSD +0.34%  rose to 90.36 U.S. cents on Monday from 89.95 U.S. cents on Friday, extending last week’s gain of 0.6% against the dollar. A report on Australia’s employment for December is due on Thursday.

The Japanese yen USDJPY -0.51%   advanced, meanwhile, with the dollar dropping to ¥103.45 from late Friday’s ¥104.08.
