Oil futures settled lower on Friday to tally their biggest weekly loss in five weeks as traders continued to digest U.S. inventory data and gauge the outlook for energy demand against a backdrop of mixed economic data.
July crude CLN4 -0.63% fell 87 cents, or 0.8%, to settle at $102.71 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
July Brent crude UK:LCON4 -0.44% , the European benchmark, fell 56 cents, or 0.5%, to end at $109.41 a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange
