Gold prices inched higher Friday, as investors hesitated to commit to
either direction ahead of the hotly anticipated U.S. jobs report later
in the day.
Gold for June delivery GCM4 +0.06% was up a dime at $1,283.50 an ounce, in electronic trade, while July silver SIN4 -0.10% held steady at $19.04 an ounce.
