Crude-oil futures traded marginally lower Friday as international tensions resulted in concerns about supply disruptions and kept a floor on prices.
Light, sweet crude futures CLQ4 -0.30% for delivery in August fell 6 cents to end at $103.13 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil futures rose 2.2% on the week.
September Brent crude UK:LCOU4 -0.70% on London’s ICE Futures exchange fell 65 cents to settle at $107.24 a barrel. It ended the week flat, having lost less than a penny since last Friday.
