Crude-oil futures extended their winning streak for a third day Monday.
Crude futures for September delivery CLU4 -0.32% gained 43 cents, or 0.4%, to settle at $98.08 on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Futures have gained 1.2% over the past three sessions.
September Brent crude on London’s ICE Futures exchange UK:LCOU4 -0.28% lost 34 cents, or 0.3%, to end at $104.68 a barrel. Brent has been down for two consecutive days.
