SGX Stock Recommendations : Epic Research Singapore

MARKET UPDATES :

• The Straits Times Index (STI) ended 18.87 points or 0.54% higher to 3539.95, taking the year-to-date performance to +5.19%.

• The top active stocks today were SingTel, which gained 0.44%, UOB, which gained 1.06%, DBS, which gained 1.01%, SGX, which declined 0.46% and Keppel Corp, with a 0.74% fall.

• The FTSE ST Mid Cap Index gained 0.17%, while the FTSE ST Small Cap Index rose 0.06%.

• The outperforming sectors today were represented by the FTSE ST Health Care Index, which rose 2.40%. The two biggest stocks of the Index – Raffles Medical Group and Biosensors International Group – ended 1.29% higher and 5.16% higher respectively.

• The underperforming sector was the FTSE ST Technology Index, which slipped 0.96%. Silverlake Axis shares de- clined 2.17% and STATS ChipPAC remained unchanged.

• The three most active Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) by value today were : DBXT MSCI Asia Ex Japan ETF (+2.39%),DBXT MSCI USA ETF (+3.86%),DBXT MSCI Europe ETF (+2.52%)

• The three most active Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) by value were : Ascendas REIT (+1.13%),CapitaCom Trust (-0.85%),CapitaMall Trust (+0.44%)

• The most active index warrants by value today were : HSI28600MBeCW150528 (unchanged),HSI26600MBePW150528 (-6.29%),HSI26000MBeCW150629 (-0.55%)

• The most active stock warrants by value today were : UOB MB eCW150701 (+7.14%),SGX MB eCW150803 (-3.19%),Ezion MBeCW151102 (-6.49%)
