In other metals trade, July platinum PLN5, +0.29% fell $4.60, or 0.4%, to $1,152.30 an ounce, while June palladium PAM5, +0.43% lost 75 cents, or 0.1%, to $776.10 an ounce.July copper HGN5, -0.02% rose 1.95 cents, or 0.7%, to $2.8485 a pound.
