SGX Stock Recommendations : Epic Research Singapore

MARKET UPDATES :

• The Straits Times Index (STI) ended 27.82 points or 0.84% higher to 3325.91, taking the year-to-date performance to – 1.17%.

• The top active stocks today were OUE Com REIT, which gained 0.62%, Singtel, which gained 1.21%, DBS, which gained 1.17%, CapitaLand Mall Trust, which declined 2.34% and Mapletree Industrial Trust, with a 1.63% advance.

• The FTSE ST Mid Cap Index gained 0.55%, while the FTSE ST Small Cap Index rose 0.76%.

• The outperforming sectors today were represented by the FTSE ST Health Care Index, which rose 1.83%. The two biggest stocks of the Index – Raffles Medical Group and Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group Corporation- ended 3.18% higher and 0.97% higher respectively.

• The underperforming sector was the FTSE ST Utilities Index, which slipped 0.46%. China Everbright Water shares rose 0.50% and SIIC Environment Holdings declined 2.33%.

• The three most active Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) by value today were : DBXT MSCI Asia Ex Japan ETF (+0.46%) , STI ETF (+0.30%) , SPDR Gold Shares (-0.27%)

• The three most active Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) by value were : OUE Com REIT (+0.62%) , CapitaLand Mall Trust (-2.34%) , Mapletree Industrial Trust (+1.63%)

• The most active index warrants by value today were : HSI26400MBePW150730 (-9.71%) , HSI27600MBeCW150730 (+14.46%) , HSI26200MBePW150629 (-23.91%)

• The most active stock warrants by value today were : DBS MB eCW150915 (+17.56%) , OCBC Bk MBeCW151201 (+13.51%) , UOB MB eCW151001 (+9.90%)
