Back on Nymex, October gasoline RBV5, +1.85% settled at $1.396 a gallon, up 3.1 cents, or 2.3%, for the session, to gain about 2.9% on the week, while October heating oil HOV5, -0.35% ended nearly flat for the day at $1.523 a gallon—2.1% higher for the week.
